Turkish Carrot Salad with Yogurt

The perfect turkish carrot salad with yogurt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 size Finely grated carrots
  • 2 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 450 gr Natural yogurt 10% fat
  • 1 Handful of finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • Some olive oil
  1. A very simple and quickly made salad that tastes delicious and is fresh 🙂 Peel the carrots, grate them finely and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil for about 3 minutes. Please only 2-3 minutes so that the carrots stay crisp. Let cool down.
  1. Finely chop the garlic and parsley and place in a bowl. Add yoghurt and mix everything well. Salt and pepper.
  1. Now add the carrots to the yogurt mixture and mix everything well. Now put in a serving dish and garnish with a little parsley. Refrigerate. Great for barbecues or simply with fresh flatbread. Have fun copying and enjoy your meal 🙂
