Ingredients
- 4 large Finely grated carrots
- 2 Garlic cloves finely chopped
- 450 g Natural yogurt 10% fat
- 1 Handful of finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Pepper
- Some olive oil
Instructions
- A very simple and quickly made salad that tastes delicious and is fresh 🙂 Peel the carrots, grate them finely and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil for about 3 minutes. Please only 2-3 minutes so that the carrots stay crisp. Let cool down.
- Finely chop the garlic and parsley and place in a bowl. Add yoghurt and mix everything well. Salt and pepper.
- Now add the carrots to the yogurt mixture and mix everything well. Now put in a serving dish and garnish with a little parsley. Refrigerate. Great for barbecues or simply with fresh flatbread. Have fun copying and enjoy your meal 🙂
