Fruity Carrot Salad

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Grated carrots
  • 0,5 Apple fresh
  • 0,5 Orange
  • 70 g Raisins
  • Rum / water
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Grain mix

Instructions
 

  • Grate the clean carrots (carrots will work too). Peel and fillet the orange. Add the fillets to the grated carrots. Roughly slice half of the apple. Soak the raisins in a little rum or water for about 1/2 hour and add. If you want, you can add some more Könermix or nuts.
  • Mix all prepared ingredients well and refine with a few drops of olive oil. Taste!
  • The salad is low in calories and healthy!
