Ingredients
- 2 Grated carrots
- 0,5 Apple fresh
- 0,5 Orange
- 70 g Raisins
- Rum / water
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Grain mix
Instructions
- Grate the clean carrots (carrots will work too). Peel and fillet the orange. Add the fillets to the grated carrots. Roughly slice half of the apple. Soak the raisins in a little rum or water for about 1/2 hour and add. If you want, you can add some more Könermix or nuts.
- Mix all prepared ingredients well and refine with a few drops of olive oil. Taste!
- The salad is low in calories and healthy!
