Antipasti Spread

The perfect antipasti spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Packs Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 1 pack Crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 pack Green olives pickled in herbs, pitted
  • 1 pack Cherry peppers and peppers filled with cream cheese in olive oil
  • 1 pack Red peppers stuffed with cream cheese in olive oil
  • 2 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 1 Piece Garlic clove chopped
  1. Put the cream cheese and creme fraiche in a bowl. Peel and chop the garlic, cut the spring onions into rings. Press the cream cheese from the cherry peppers and peppers into the bowl and cut the peppers and peppers into small cubes. Halve the olives and cut into rings.
  2. Mix all ingredients well, add some of the olive oil, pour into glasses and put in the refrigerator for 24 hours to steep. Then it can be eaten pure or with salmon or, or, or as a spread.
  3. My husband likes to eat it as a dip !!!!
