Chicken Snack

The perfect chicken snack recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For dip:

  • 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Cream
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 Tl Red currant
  • 1 Pc. Small cloves of garlic
  • Curry spice, / as you like /

For chicken snack:

  • 250 g Fresh chicken breast
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • Salt pepper
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Potato flour
  • 250 ml. Oil to fry
  1. Peel the garlic, cut very finely, crush with salt and the tip of a knife – process into a mass.
  2. Put in a bowl with mayonnaise, ketchup, curry, currant and cream. Process to a fine mass, season with salt and pepper and stir.
  3. Lay the chicken flat and cut into mouth-sized pieces (cubes 2 x 2 cm.), Sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper.
  4. Beat the egg in the plate. Turn the pieces of meat first in potato flour, then in the beaten egg including breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat the pan. Pour in the oil and fry on a smaller setting until crispy. Take out and place on a paper towel (suck out fat).
  6. Place crispy chicken cubes on plates and serve with the dip in portions. Decorate with coarsely ground black pepper.
