Chicken Snack
The perfect chicken snack recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For dip:
- 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Cream
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 2 Tl Red currant
- 1 Pc. Small cloves of garlic
- Curry spice, / as you like /
For chicken snack:
- 250 g Fresh chicken breast
- 1 Pc. Egg
- Salt pepper
- Breadcrumbs
- Potato flour
- 250 ml. Oil to fry
- Peel the garlic, cut very finely, crush with salt and the tip of a knife – process into a mass.
- Put in a bowl with mayonnaise, ketchup, curry, currant and cream. Process to a fine mass, season with salt and pepper and stir.
- Lay the chicken flat and cut into mouth-sized pieces (cubes 2 x 2 cm.), Sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper.
- Beat the egg in the plate. Turn the pieces of meat first in potato flour, then in the beaten egg including breadcrumbs.
- Heat the pan. Pour in the oil and fry on a smaller setting until crispy. Take out and place on a paper towel (suck out fat).
- Place crispy chicken cubes on plates and serve with the dip in portions. Decorate with coarsely ground black pepper.
