Green Ribbon Noodles with Cheese Sauce
The perfect green ribbon noodles with cheese sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the cheese sauce
- Boil water
- Salt
- 300 g Cheese in one piece of your choice
- 1 a cup Cream cheese
- 1 a cup Milk or cream
- White pepper a.d.M
- Chopped parsley
- Cook the green ribbon noodles in salted water according to the instructions, then drain in a sieve and place on preheated plates.
With the cheese sauce
- Slice the piece of cheese (here Gouda) and melt it in the pan, add the beaker of processed cheese, pour milk, not too much at first, but give in a little when it gets too creamy.
- Season with pepper, salt is not necessary, the cheese is strong enough and a little mouse (almost 2 years old) eats with these Rz, we prefer to season a little more if necessary.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the ribbon noodles and sprinkle with a little parsley … good hunger 😉
