Green Ribbon Noodles with Cheese Sauce

The perfect green ribbon noodles with cheese sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the cheese sauce

  • Boil water
  • Salt
  • 300 g Cheese in one piece of your choice
  • 1 a cup Cream cheese
  • 1 a cup Milk or cream
  • White pepper a.d.M
  • Chopped parsley

  1. Slice the piece of cheese (here Gouda) and melt it in the pan, add the beaker of processed cheese, pour milk, not too much at first, but give in a little when it gets too creamy.
  2. Season with pepper, salt is not necessary, the cheese is strong enough and a little mouse (almost 2 years old) eats with these Rz, we prefer to season a little more if necessary.
