Green Ribbon Noodles with Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
 

For the cheese sauce

  • Boil water
  • Salt
  • 300 g Cheese in one piece of your choice
  • 1 cup Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Milk or cream
  • White pepper a.d.M
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cook the green ribbon noodles in salted water according to the instructions, then drain in a sieve and place on preheated plates.

With the cheese sauce

  • Slice the piece of cheese (here Gouda) and melt it in the pan, add the beaker of processed cheese, pour milk, not too much at first, but give in a little when it gets too creamy.
  • Season with pepper, salt is not necessary, the cheese is strong enough and a little mouse (almost 2 years old) eats with these Rz, we prefer to season a little more if necessary.
  • Pour the cheese sauce over the ribbon noodles and sprinkle with a little parsley ... good hunger 😉
