  • 500 g Frozen prawns
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 2 Fresh lime
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chervil leaves
  • Oil
  1. Let the frozen prawns thaw and remove bowel if necessary, then dry them well, otherwise they will be too juicy
  1. Peel the cucumber into strips, cut in half lengthways and core. Cut into halves 1/2 cm thick.
