Instructions
- Let the frozen prawns thaw and remove bowel if necessary, then dry them well, otherwise they will be too juicy
- Peel the cucumber into strips, cut in half lengthways and core. Cut into halves 1/2 cm thick.
- Wash the lime in hot water, dry it well and finely rub 2 teaspoons of the peel. Squeeze out 4 tablespoons of lime juice and mix with the lime zest, 2 tablespoons of water, a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper. Beat in the oil with a whisk.
- Pluck chervil leaves and finely chop. Pat the prawns dry again and mix with the cucumber, chervil and vinaigrette. Toast goes well with it. I wish you all, Duchesse_Alex
