Ingredients
- 250 g Shrimp, party prawns or deep-sea crabs
- 80 g Cucumber
- 60 g Iceberg lettuce
- 50 g Tomato ketchup
- 100 g Mayonnaise
- 100 g Cream
- 2 tbsp Cognac
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
Instructions
- Peel the cucumber and cut in half lengthways. Remove the seeds, cut the pulp into small cubes. Clean and wash the lettuce (put some leaves aside for garnish) and cut into strips. Rinse the crab meat with cold water and pat dry.
- Whip the cream until half-firm. Mix the ketchup, mayonnaise and cognac together. Fold in the cream. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients with the sauce, putting aside some deep-sea prawns for garnish.
