Pasta with Smoked Pork and Cream Sauce

The perfect pasta with smoked pork and cream sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Pasta
  • 250 g Smoked pork roast
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Instant vegetable broth
  • 200 ml Cream
  • Light sauce thickener
  • Pepper
  • Grated Parmesan or grated Emmental
  1. Boil pasta
  1. Dice Kassler and onion, fry both in a pan, season with pepper
  1. Pour in the water, add the stock and stir in, bring to the boil. Then add the cream, simmer and, if necessary, bind with a light sauce thickener.
