Chanterelles with Fried Dumpling Slices

The perfect chanterelles with fried dumpling slices recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Kg Chanterelles
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Discs Roast pork
  • 1 tbsp Parsely
  • 4 Dumplings
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Peel the onion and cut into cubes, cut the spring onions into rings and fry everything in butter until translucent, add the chanterelles, dice the roast pork (see my KB) and add the parsley to the mushrooms, season everything with salt and pepper and even steam.
  2. Cut the bread dumplings into slices, fry them brown on both sides in the clarified butter and serve with the chanterelles.
