Broccoli Mince Cheese Soup
The perfect broccoli mince cheese soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Fresh broccoli
- 500 g Minced meat
- 1 Onion
- 250 g Processed herb cheese
- 2 a cup Cream
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- Cut the broccoli into florets and cook in the vegetable stock until cooked.
- Peel and dice the onions and fry them until translucent in the oil, add minced meat, season with salt and pepper, and fry them until they are crumbly.
