Broccoli Mince Cheese Soup

The perfect broccoli mince cheese soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Fresh broccoli
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 Onion
  • 250 g Processed herb cheese
  • 2 a cup Cream
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  1. Cut the broccoli into florets and cook in the vegetable stock until cooked.
  2. Peel and dice the onions and fry them until translucent in the oil, add minced meat, season with salt and pepper, and fry them until they are crumbly.
