Leek and Cheese Soup with Mince

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Leek
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 L Clear broth
  • 1 tbsp Plant cream
  • 300 g Ground beef
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 75 ml Cream
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 100 g Grated Gouda

Instructions
 

  • Clean the leek, cut into rings and wash. Peel onion and chop finely. Fry the mince in a saucepan for about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper and remove. Let the plant cream get hot in the pot. Fry the leek and onion in the frying fat for about 2 minutes. Dust with flour. Deglaze with the broth, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the processed cheese and cream. Add the mince and Gouda, simmer for another 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. The perfect party soup is ready.
