Jana’s Quick Pizza
The perfect jana’s quick pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dough
- 460 g Wheat flour
- 5 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Salt
- 300 g Natural yoghurt
- 10 tablespoon Sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoon Water
For the tomato sauce
- 80 g Tomato paste
- 4 tablespoon Water
- 2 tablespoon Sunflower oil
- 2 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 0,25 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
- Pepper from the grinder
For covering
- 200 g Fresh mushrooms
- 2 Red peppers
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
- 250 g Mozzarella
- 100 g Grated cheese
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top and bottom heat). Grease the baking sheet.
- Clean the peppers, mushrooms and spring onions for the topping. Cut the bell pepper in strips, the mushrooms in slices and spring onions in rings and the mozzarella in slices.
- For the dough, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the remaining ingredients and knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Shape the dough into a ball. Place the ball on the baking sheet, press it flat with your hands and spread it out on the sheet.
- For the tomato sauce, put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Spread the tomato sauce on the dough, leaving an edge about 1cm wide.
- Spread the bell peppers, mushrooms and spring onions on the dough. Cover with mozzarella and, if necessary, sprinkle with grated cheese! Bake the pizza in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes!
- Ps .: For a round pizza with a diameter of about 32 cm, simply cut the ingredients in half!
