Pasta with Tomato and Chicken Sauce

The perfect pasta with tomato and chicken sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Chicken fillets
  • 1 Medium-Sized onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 Stems Fresh basil
  • 100 gr Pasta
  • Salt pepper
  • 4 tbsp Frozen peas
  • 400 gr Chunky canned tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Chicken broth
  1. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into thin strips. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash the basil and cut into strips.
  1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the meat all around for about 5 minutes. Add onion and garlic and sauté briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in tomatoes, chicken stock, peas and basil. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat. If necessary, season again with salt and pepper.
  1. Mix the pasta with the sauce. Garnish with basil if necessary.
