Alpine Pizza
The perfect alpine pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Pizza dough:
- 175 ml Lukewarm water
- 20 g Yeast fresh
- 1 tsp Honey
- 300 g Wholemeal spelled flour
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Sea-Salt
Covering:
- 200 g Crème fraîche with herbs
- 100 g Ham cubes
- 2 Onions
- Caraway seeds
- 200 g Grated cheese
- Grease the baking sheet well and preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Pizza dough:
- Dissolve the yeast and honey in lukewarm water.
- Knead the flour, olive oil, salt and yeast water for about 5 minutes until you have a smooth lump of dough. Then cover it and let it rest / let rise for 45 minutes.
Covering:
- Peel the onions and cut into thin rings.
- Spread the dough on the greased and brush with creme fraîche.
- First onions (if necessary sprinkle with a little caraway seeds), then spread the bacon on the dough.
