Cauliflower and Parmesan Vegetables

The perfect cauliflower and parmesan vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pack Deep frozen cauliflower
  • 200 g Grated Parmesan
  • 8 Egg yolk
  • a handful of chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Some oil to fry
  1. Cook cauliflower. After cooking, let it cool down and chop it up nicely with your hands.
  1. Separate the eggs and add the yolks to the cauliflower. Add the Parmesan and mix everything well.

  1. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower mixture in it for about 20 minutes.
  1. In the meantime, wash and finely chop the flat-leaf parsley. Add to the fried cauliflower and mix everything well. Finished!
  1. In Turkey we like to eat it with garlic yogurt that means finely chop a clove of garlic and add it to the natural yogurt. Salt and pepper. Serve with warm flatbread.
