Cauliflower and Parmesan Vegetables
The perfect cauliflower and parmesan vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 pack Deep frozen cauliflower
- 200 g Grated Parmesan
- 8 Egg yolk
- a handful of chopped flat-leaf parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Some oil to fry
- Cook cauliflower. After cooking, let it cool down and chop it up nicely with your hands.
- Separate the eggs and add the yolks to the cauliflower. Add the Parmesan and mix everything well.
- Salt and pepper
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower mixture in it for about 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, wash and finely chop the flat-leaf parsley. Add to the fried cauliflower and mix everything well. Finished!
- In Turkey we like to eat it with garlic yogurt that means finely chop a clove of garlic and add it to the natural yogurt. Salt and pepper. Serve with warm flatbread.
- But the cauliflower also goes very well as an accompaniment to meat dishes.
