Vegetarian – Fried Cauliflower Exotic

The perfect vegetarian – fried cauliflower exotic recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cauliflower fresh
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt
  • Curry powder
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Butter
  1. Cook cauliflower al dente and allow to cool.
  1. Put the eggs in a plate and season with salt + curry, stir with a fork. Pour desiccated coconut into another plate.
  1. Divide the cooled cauliflower into not too small pieces and roll first in the egg, then in the desiccated coconut.
  1. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the breaded cauliflower pieces on all sides.
  1. I fried a kind of schnitzel from the remaining egg and desiccated coconut.
