Vegetarian – Fried Cauliflower Exotic
The perfect vegetarian – fried cauliflower exotic recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cauliflower fresh
- 2 Eggs
- Salt
- Curry powder
- Desiccated coconut
- Butter
- Cook cauliflower al dente and allow to cool.
- Put the eggs in a plate and season with salt + curry, stir with a fork. Pour desiccated coconut into another plate.
- Divide the cooled cauliflower into not too small pieces and roll first in the egg, then in the desiccated coconut.
- Melt the butter in a pan and fry the breaded cauliflower pieces on all sides.
- I fried a kind of schnitzel from the remaining egg and desiccated coconut.
- For 4 people, the cauliflower is only enough as a side dish, I usually eat it straight and then have 2 servings … 😉
