Ingredients
 

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 ml Cream
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cauliflower into florets and put them in boiling salted water with a little nutmeg, cook for 5 minutes and drain in a sieve.
  • Rinse the mushrooms under water and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  • Mix the eggs with salt, pepper and cream in a bowl.
  • Put the breadcrumbs in another bowl.
  • Now turn the cauliflower and mushrooms first in the egg-cream mixture, and then in the breadcrumbs, and deep-fry at 180 ° C in the deep fryer for approx. 3-5 minutes.
