Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 2 Eggs
- 100 ml Cream
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and put them in boiling salted water with a little nutmeg, cook for 5 minutes and drain in a sieve.
- Rinse the mushrooms under water and pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Mix the eggs with salt, pepper and cream in a bowl.
- Put the breadcrumbs in another bowl.
- Now turn the cauliflower and mushrooms first in the egg-cream mixture, and then in the breadcrumbs, and deep-fry at 180 ° C in the deep fryer for approx. 3-5 minutes.
