Fried Cauliflower
The perfect fried cauliflower recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Cauliflower fresh, cleaned and cut into large pieces
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Pepper
- 1 Prices Sugar
- Blanch the cut cauliflower in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a large Teflon pan.
- Sprinkle the cauliflower with salt, pepper and sugar and fry in the oil until it is done but remains firm to the bite.
- It goes very well with roast pork and dumplings as a side dish. But you can also eat it with goulash or steak.
