Fried Cauliflower

The perfect fried cauliflower recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Cauliflower fresh, cleaned and cut into large pieces
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Prices Sugar
  1. Blanch the cut cauliflower in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter in a large Teflon pan.
  3. Sprinkle the cauliflower with salt, pepper and sugar and fry in the oil until it is done but remains firm to the bite.
  4. It goes very well with roast pork and dumplings as a side dish. But you can also eat it with goulash or steak.
