Grilled Melon Caramelized with Vanilla Ice Cream
The perfect grilled melon caramelized with vanilla ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Fresh melon variety according to your own taste
- 120 g Brown sugar / raw sugar
- 90 g Butter
- For the set:
- Mint leaves
- Cut the melon into slices or wedges and core if possible.
- Heat the butter with the sugar in a saucepan until the sugar has completely dissolved and a thick paste has formed.
- Grill the melon lightly brown on both sides on the grillage for 2-3 minutes, brush with the caramel mixture and flame with the household burner.
- Arrange the caramelized melon with 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream on plates and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy your meal !
