Carrot Apple Salad

The perfect carrot apple salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 10 Carrots
  • 1 Apple Breaburn
  • 1 Lemon untreated
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Elderberry syrup
  • Raisins
  • 4 cl Metaxa
  1. Peel the carrots and apple. Chop both up and grate in the food processor. Add the juice of one lemon, the elderberry syrup, the metaxa, the sugar and a pinch of salt. Season to taste and then fold in the raisins.
  2. Serving and “Bon appetit”
