Apple – Carrot – Raw Vegetable Salad

The perfect apple – carrot – raw vegetable salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Carrots
  • 2 Apple boskop
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar brown raw sugar
  1. Peel the carrots, wash the apples. Now grate both and place in a bowl. Pour the lemon over it and season with the sugar. There was also my chicken pot with carrots and leek gratin
  2. In this case I did not use oil, as it was served with a dish where there is nice fat inside. If you don’t eat the salad as a side dish, you should of course add 1 drop of oil on its own
