Carrot and Apple Salad

The perfect carrot and apple salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Apple
  • 150 g Medium sized carrot
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tablespoon White balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Walnut oil
  1. Peel the carrot, quarter the apple and remove the core
  2. Grate both finely and season with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to taste
