Lemon yogurt ice cream

  • 500 g Natural yoghurt 1.5%
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tsp Vanilla sugar

Plum yogurt ice cream

  • 500 g Natural yoghurt 1.5%
  • 3 tbsp Plum jam – homemade
  • To go with it: plum compote without stones
  1. 1 …. this is actually not a real recipe. But since I only found yogurt ice cream recipes that were very complex, here is my variant: Creamy yogurt ice cream without cream.
  2. I .: Mix the natural yoghurt with the lemon juice and the vanilla sugar, allow to freeze in the ice cream maker 50. II .: Mix the natural yoghurt with the plum jam and also let it freeze in the ice cream machine for 50 minutes.
  3. The plum jam can be replaced by any other jam or jam according to your own cravings. The ice cream is ready immediately and can be eaten. When stored in the freezer, it becomes a little firmer, but retains its easily portionable consistency.
