Second Course: Tagliatelle with Zucchini in Cream Sauce

- 50 g Tagliatelle
- 60 g Onions
- 120 g Ham
- 120 g Zucchini
- 70 ml Sweet cream
- 30 ml White wine
- Butter
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- Pizza seasoning
- Steam the onion cubes in butter until translucent and add the ham in cubes.
- Add the chopped zucchini (whole or half slices, depending on size), cook until soft and season with salt, pepper and pizza seasoning.
- Pour in the cream and white wine and reduce by half.
- Pour the al dente cooked ribbon pasta over the top. If you want, you can also slice Parmesan on top.
