Second Course: Tagliatelle with Zucchini in Cream Sauce

The perfect second course: tagliatelle with zucchini in cream sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Tagliatelle
  • 60 g Onions
  • 120 g Ham
  • 120 g Zucchini
  • 70 ml Sweet cream
  • 30 ml White wine
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • Pizza seasoning
  1. Steam the onion cubes in butter until translucent and add the ham in cubes.
  2. Add the chopped zucchini (whole or half slices, depending on size), cook until soft and season with salt, pepper and pizza seasoning.
  3. Pour in the cream and white wine and reduce by half.
  4. Pour the al dente cooked ribbon pasta over the top. If you want, you can also slice Parmesan on top.
