Waldorf Celery Salad

The perfect waldorf celery salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

sauce

  • 2 Sk. Sour apples
  • 1 small Can of pineapple
  • 2 El Tree nuts
  • 2 El Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Pineapple juice
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar

Salad dressing

  1. Mix everything well in a bowl
  2. Place celery and apples on a grater – grate and immediately add to the sauce and mix (so that the celery does not tarnish) add pineapple and nuts
  3. Fits as a side dish or starter or as a whole it rounds off every salad plate wonderfully
