Celery Waldorf Salad Light

The perfect celery waldorf salad light recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Celery bulb
  • 1 Apple Breaburn
  • 100 g Yogurt 10% fat
  • 1 tsp Horseradish fresh
  • 2 tbsp Chopped walnuts
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Freshly chopped chives
  1. Peel the celery, wash the apple and remove the core. Rasping both. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Mix the yoghurt, horseradish, walnuts, salt and pepper and mix well with the celery and grated apple. Let it steep for 10 minutes! Sprinkle with chives! Serve!
