Celery Waldorf Salad Light
The perfect celery waldorf salad light recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Celery bulb
- 1 Apple Breaburn
- 100 g Yogurt 10% fat
- 1 tsp Horseradish fresh
- 2 tbsp Chopped walnuts
- 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Freshly chopped chives
- Peel the celery, wash the apple and remove the core. Rasping both. Drizzle with lemon juice.
- Mix the yoghurt, horseradish, walnuts, salt and pepper and mix well with the celery and grated apple. Let it steep for 10 minutes! Sprinkle with chives! Serve!
