The perfect party-hack-soup alla trapper recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Minced meat
  • 1 piece Vegetable onion
  • 3 piece Paprika
  • 1 piece Red peppers
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 6 piece Gherkins or three pickles
  • 170 g Mushrooms from the glass
  • 500 g Sieved tomatos
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 0,5 liter Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Oil for frying
  • 3 tablespoon Chopped herbs – here basil, parsley, chives
  • Pepper, salt, possibly cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  1. Season the minced meat to taste (e.g. with pepper, salt, cumin). Dice the vegetable onions, the gherkins / cucumbers and the bell peppers. Chop the garlic, hot peppers and herbs. Drain the mushrooms from the glass.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan and fry the minced meat until crispy. Add the onions and the garlic and brown with them. Now sauté the peppers, peppers and cucumbers. Deglaze with the broth and bring to the boil.
  3. Add the tomatoes, sugar and herbs. Let everything simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in the mushrooms and sour cream. Heat both, but don’t let them boil anymore. Season to taste with the spices and serve.
  5. Baguette or Chabiatta bread tastes good with it.
