Cod in Bed of Vegetables

The perfect cod in bed of vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cod fillet frozen
  • 200 g Frozen mixed vegetables
  • Salt
  • 5 g Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly chopped parsley frizzy
  • 0,5 Lemon fresh
  • Pepper and salt
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • 1 disc Lemon fresh
  • Parsley crispy fresh
  1. Slowly thaw the fish. Cook the vegetables in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Pouring off. Add butter and parsley and stir in.
  2. Rinse the fish with water, dry with kitchen paper. Squeeze the lemon. Drizzle the fish with lemon juice. Season with pepper and salt. Turn in flour and fry on both sides in the hot butter.
  3. Put the vegetables on a plate. Place the fish on top. Garnish with a lemon wedge and parsley.
