Pan Dish: Farmer’s Dinner
The perfect pan dish: farmer’s dinner recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 tbsp Spice oil: tomato-rosemary oil from my KB
- 30 g Spring onion
- 50 g Vine tomatoes
- 40 g Rye mixed rolls
- 2 piece Free range eggs
- Black pepper from the mill
- Flor del Sal, Olives Negras
preparation
- Put the oil in a pan and season with a little pepper … Wash and clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings … Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into bite-sized pieces … Cut the rolls into coarse cubes
Cook
- Heat the oil … Fry the spring onions and bread rolls for about 5 minutes … Add the tomato pieces and let them simmer for about 1 minute … Add a little pepper and salt … Beat the eggs and “rip up” the egg yolks so that they run … pepper and salt … approx. Let stand for 5 minutes
Serve
- Arrange the farmer’s dinner on a flat plate and serve with cucumber, tomatoes and rolls
