Dinner: Farmer’s Breakfast … Made Quickly

The perfect dinner: farmer’s breakfast … made quickly recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Potatoes
  • Rest-Of-Noon-Or-The-Day before
  • 1 medium sized Cut onion
  • 1 shot Sunflower oil
  • My vegetable broth *
  • 6 small Pullets eggs
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 handful Chopped fresh parsley
  1. Peel and chop the potatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes.
  2. Add the chopped onions to add some of my vegetable stock (prefer to use it as salt) and fry.
  3. During this I break one egg after the other. This “white stuff” from the eggs absolutely does not come into my food …. when I have finished the eggs, add a little vegetable stock and freshly ground pepper and the egg mixture over the potatoes turn the heat down and let the whole thing slowly rest.
  4. Wash the parsley, dry again and cut / chop and spread over the pan.
  5. We had a cucumber and radish salad with it.
  6. * Supplies: Make your own vegetable stock
