Dessert: Cherry – Mango Quark Dessert with Chocolate Cream
The perfect dessert: cherry – mango quark dessert with chocolate cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
the cherry layer
- 250 g Cherries fresh and pitted
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Potato flour – no moon amine, otherwise it will be cloudy
- Some water
the mango curd layer
- 250 g Quark
- 3 tablespoon Mango and orange puree *
the chocolate cream
- 100 ml Cream
- 100 g Dark couverture
the cherry layer
- Mix the pitted cherries with the sugar, puree and bring to the boil. Emulsify the potato flour in a little cold water and add to the cherries. Bring to the boil again until it has thickened a little. Let cool for half an hour and then distribute on dessert glasses.
the mango curd layer
- Mix the quark with the mango and orange puree and spread on the cherry layer.
the chocolate cream
- Crush the chocolate and melt it in a water bath. (not over 38 degrees). Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the liquid couverture.
- Top the dessert with it and add a cherry with a stem to each dessert.
