Ice Cream: Coconut Milk and Mint Ice Cream

- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 200 ml Cream
- 160 g Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 hand Mint
- Whip the cream, chop the mint in a food processor.
- Now add the coconut milk, the condensed milk and the mint leaves to the cream, season to taste and, if necessary, add more condensed milk, depending on your taste.
- Put in the ice cream maker for 40-50 minutes.
