Tarte Flambée Oriental

- 1 piece Flammkuchenteig
- 100 g Goat cream cheese
- 100 g Grained cream cheese
- 10 piece Asparagus green fresh
- 3 piece Fig fresh
- 1 piece Onion red
- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top and bottom heat. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Cut the figs into slices and stir the goat’s cream cheese with the grainy cream cheese until smooth.
- Roll out the tarte flambée dough on a baking sheet and brush with the cream cheese mixture. Spread onion rings, fig slices and asparagus stalks on top.
