Dessert: Summer Yogurt Mousse

The perfect dessert: summer yogurt mousse recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Yogurt
  • 3 Protein
  • 2 sheet Gelatin
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 1 Fresh lime
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 shot Milk lukewarm
  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water, stir the yoghurt until smooth, dissolve the gelatine in a little warm milk, then stir into the yoghurt, stir in the sugar, lime juice and the zest of the lime until smooth again.
  2. Beat the egg whites with the pinch of salt until stiff and fold into the yoghurt. Put in the cold.
