- 250 g Yogurt
- 3 Protein
- 2 sheet Gelatin
- 60 g Sugar
- 1 Fresh lime
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 shot Milk lukewarm
- Soak the gelatine in cold water, stir the yoghurt until smooth, dissolve the gelatine in a little warm milk, then stir into the yoghurt, stir in the sugar, lime juice and the zest of the lime until smooth again.
- Beat the egg whites with the pinch of salt until stiff and fold into the yoghurt. Put in the cold.
