- 300 g Yogurt
- 200 ml Cream
- 4 sheet Gelatin
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 Lemons fresh
- Soak the galatine and squeeze the lemon. Put lemon in a saucepan, warm up, dissolve the gelatin and slowly add the sugar
- Let cool down a little and stir the yoghurt until everything starts to gel, add the whipped cream. Put everything in bowls and let set in the refrigerator.
