Dessert: Yogurt Lemon Mousse

  • 300 g Yogurt
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 4 sheet Gelatin
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 Lemons fresh
  1. Soak the galatine and squeeze the lemon. Put lemon in a saucepan, warm up, dissolve the gelatin and slowly add the sugar
  2. Let cool down a little and stir the yoghurt until everything starts to gel, add the whipped cream. Put everything in bowls and let set in the refrigerator.
