Dessert: Orange Yogurt Mousse

- 300 g Yogurt 10% fat
- 150 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 200 ml Whipped cream
- 4 sheet Gelatin
- 80 g Sugar
- Soak the gelatine in cold water. Heat the orange juice with the sugar in a saucepan, add the gelatine and dissolve it.
- Stir the yogurt with the orange juice until smooth and allow to gel a little. Finally fold in the whipped cream and chill.
