Dessert: Orange Yogurt Mousse

  • 300 g Yogurt 10% fat
  • 150 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 4 sheet Gelatin
  • 80 g Sugar
  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Heat the orange juice with the sugar in a saucepan, add the gelatine and dissolve it.
  2. Stir the yogurt with the orange juice until smooth and allow to gel a little. Finally fold in the whipped cream and chill.
