Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breast fillet
- 1 Onion
- 1 cm Ginger
- 1 tbsp Oil, e.g. Sesame
- 150 ml Sweet and sour tamarind sauce
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized strips. Peel and finely chop the onion and ginger. Fry everything in the heated oil in a wok.
- Pour in the tamarind sauce and 100 ml of water. Bring to the boil and then simmer for a few minutes over medium heat.
- This fits e.g. Rice. If you like, sprinkle fresh, chopped parsley on top.
