Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 cm Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Oil, e.g. Sesame
  • 150 ml Sweet and sour tamarind sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized strips. Peel and finely chop the onion and ginger. Fry everything in the heated oil in a wok.
  • Pour in the tamarind sauce and 100 ml of water. Bring to the boil and then simmer for a few minutes over medium heat.
  • This fits e.g. Rice. If you like, sprinkle fresh, chopped parsley on top.
