Rhubarb Pudding Cuts from Tray

  • 250 gr Quark
  • 130 g Sugar
  • 350 g Flour
  • 8 tbsp Oil
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 kg Rhubarb
  • 2 packet Vanilla pudding
  • 125 gr Soft butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 g Flour
  1. For the quark oil dough: Mix quark, sugar, flour, oil and baking powder to a dough and roll out on a greased sheet. Topping: Peel the rhubarb and cut into bite-sized pieces. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the packet. Spread the rhubarb and freshly cooked pudding evenly on the dough. For the crumble: knead the softened butter, sugar and flour and shape into crumble. Bake everything at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for 25 minutes on the 2nd rail from the bottom.
