The perfect sauces: tomato sauce … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 kl. Can Sieved tomatos
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- 0,5 teaspoon Chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 20 g Branded butter
- 20 Boy Wild garlic leaves
- Fry the diced onion in the heated olive oil until translucent, add the chopped garlic, a pinch of sugar and the tomato paste and let sizzle for about a minute, then immediately deglaze with the tomatoes and season with pepper, salt, chili and oregano.
- Put a lid on and cook the sauce over a mild heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
- During this time, cut away the wild garlic stalks at the base of the leaves, roll up the leaves lengthways and then conveniently cut them crosswise into the finest strips. Stir the wild garlic strips and the good butter into the sauce to refine, season again to taste and serve with pasta of your choice.
