Rhubarb Pudding
The perfect rhubarb pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Kg Rhubarb
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 4 Eggs
- 1 a cup Cream
- 1 a cup Sour cream
- 100 g Sugar
- Peel the rhubarb into small pieces and add 3 tbsp in the water. Boil the sugar for approx. 5 minutes.
- Put the vanilla pudding powder in a mixing bowl, add the eggs, cream, sour cream and sugar, mix well with a mixer and pour over the rhubarb, bring to the boil while stirring, pour into compote bowls and allow to cool.
- Let rest for a few hours in the refrigerator and serve.
