Lettuce with Mandarins and Herder Cheese

The perfect lettuce with mandarins and herder cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Lettuce fresh
  • 1 kl. Can of tangerines
  • 150 g Sheep cheese

dressing

  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 200 g Low fat yogurt
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 teaspoon Chopped herbs
  • 1 tablespoon Tangerine juice
  • Sugar
  1. Wash the lettuce thoroughly, pluck it into small pieces and place in a bowl
  1. Cut the sheep’s cheese into small cubes and add to the salad together with the mandarins
  1. Mix the sour cream, yoghurt, the juice of a squeezed lemon and tangerine juice (canned), herbs into a dressing and add a little sugar to taste
  1. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve
