Ingredients
- 1 Lettuce fresh
- 1 small Can of tangerines
- 150 g Sheep milk cheese
dressing
- 150 g Sour cream
- 200 g Low fat yogurt
- 1 Lemon
- 2 tsp Chopped herbs
- 1 tbsp Tangerine juice
- Sugar
Instructions
- Wash the lettuce thoroughly, pluck it into small pieces and place in a bowl
- Cut the sheep's cheese into small cubes and add to the salad together with the mandarins
- Mix the sour cream, yoghurt, the juice of a squeezed lemon and tangerine juice (canned), herbs into a dressing and add a little sugar to taste
- Pour the dressing over the salad and serve
