Ingredients
 

  • 1 Lettuce fresh
  • 1 small Can of tangerines
  • 150 g Sheep milk cheese

dressing

  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 200 g Low fat yogurt
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tsp Chopped herbs
  • 1 tbsp Tangerine juice
  • Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Wash the lettuce thoroughly, pluck it into small pieces and place in a bowl
  • Cut the sheep's cheese into small cubes and add to the salad together with the mandarins
  • Mix the sour cream, yoghurt, the juice of a squeezed lemon and tangerine juice (canned), herbs into a dressing and add a little sugar to taste
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and serve
