Meatballs, Parsley Potatoes and Cabbage Vegetables

  • 1 lb Mixed minced meat
  • 0,5 Fresh white cabbage
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 0,5 liter Milk
  • 750 g Boiled potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 0,25 Butter
  • Mustard
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt,
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Parsely
  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl with the mustard, egg, paprika, salt and pepper and mix together. Shape small planters and place in the hot pan to fry.
