Ingredients
 

  • 1 lb Mixed minced meat
  • 0,5 Fresh white cabbage
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 0,5 L Milk
  • 750 g Boiled potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 0,25 Butter
  • Mustard
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt,
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Parsely

Instructions
 

  • Put the minced meat in a bowl with the mustard, egg, paprika, salt and pepper and mix together. Shape small planters and place in the hot pan to fry.
  • In the meantime, cut the white cabbage into small pieces and fry. Add the butter and flour to the cabbage, mix, and deglaze with cream and then serve with milk. Let it simmer so that the cabbage is still a little crunchy.
  • Set up a pan with a little oil, peel and quarter the boiled potatoes and put in the pan. Add a little butter and fry a little. Finally add the parsley.
