The perfect cookies’ breakfast egg … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Fresh onion
- 2 tablespoon Diced bacon lean
- Fat for frying
- 6 Eggs
- 50 Milliliters Milk
- 3 tablespoon Grated cheese
- Salt
- Chilli flakes
- 20 Stalk Chives fresh
- Peel the onion, dice finely. Lightly fry the onion and bacon cubes in hot fat.
- Mix eggs with milk and cheese. Season with salt. Grind the chilli flakes over it. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Mix 3/4 of it into the eggs. Add the eggs to the pan and fry, stirring constantly.
- Divide the eggs between two plates and sprinkle with the remaining chives. Garnish with chive flowers.
