The perfect snack – my quick puff pastry tarte flambée recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Puff pastry sheet TK
- Is available as a packaging unit with 6 pieces,
- Can be found individually
- 100 g Sour cream
- 50 g Lean bacon, finely diced
- 0,5 piece Onion, cut into half fine rings
- 0,5 piece Oil – according to your own taste
- Was hungry and had to put something on the table quickly … 🙂 … I remembered my puff pastry tarte flambée …
- Take the puff pastry sheet out of the package and let it thaw for about ten minutes on the baking sheet lined with baking paper. I use baking foil that can be used again and again as baking paper … Cut the onion into thin half rings …
- After the ten minutes, brush the dough sheet with the sour cream, spread the ham cubes on it, they should be nice and close, so you don’t take too little … Just spread the fine half onion rings on top …
- So, now put some oil over the topping and bake in the preheated oven at about 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes … and it smells so good …
- I enjoyed this snack with sliced beetroot balls … I would always prefer a tarte flambée toast, it tastes much better …
