Meatballs with Green Sauce

- 1 Onion
- 3 Stems Basil
- 400 g Ground poultry
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g Sour cream
- 150 g Whole milk yogurt
- 150 g Parsley, chives and basil
- 0,5 Bed Cress
- Potatoes, milk, butter
- Finely dice the onions, finely chop the basil. Knead with the minced meat, pepper, onion and breadcrumbs. Form meatballs from the mixture. Fry in a little oil in a hot pan.
- 2 Boil the eggs hard, peel them and pass them through a sieve. Mix with cream and yoghurt. Chop the herbs very finely and stir in. Spice up.
