Meatballs with Green Sauce

The perfect meatballs with green sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Stems Basil
  • 400 g Ground poultry
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 150 g Whole milk yogurt
  • 150 g Parsley, chives and basil
  • 0,5 Bed Cress
  • Potatoes, milk, butter
  1. Finely dice the onions, finely chop the basil. Knead with the minced meat, pepper, onion and breadcrumbs. Form meatballs from the mixture. Fry in a little oil in a hot pan.
  1. 2 Boil the eggs hard, peel them and pass them through a sieve. Mix with cream and yoghurt. Chop the herbs very finely and stir in. Spice up.
